北インドの伝統技法「ブロックプリント」で、職人が手作業で一枚ずつ木版を押し、天然染料で染めた布を使用。
そのオーガニックコットンを南インドの縫製工場で丁寧に仕立てた、フェアトレード商品です。

ほどよい厚みで、ポットや小鍋、ケトルなどの日常使いにちょうど良いサイズ感です。
テーブルやキッチンに置くだけで、やわらかな色柄が空間を明るく彩ります。

一枚ごとに異なる表情があり、手仕事ならではの温もりを感じられるアイテムです。

※キルト生地のため、短時間であればミトンのように掴む用途にもお使いいただけます。

Crafted from hand-block printed fabric using a traditional technique from Northern India.
Each pattern is stamped by hand, then sewn with care in a small fair-trade workshop in Southern India, using organically grown cotton dyed with natural pigments.

With a comfortable thickness, this trivet is ideal for everyday use with teapots, small pans, and kettles.
Its soft colors and patterns brighten any table or kitchen just by placing it down.

Each piece has its own character, reflecting the warmth of true handmade work.
A beautiful item for any home, and a thoughtful gift for any season.

Because it is quilted, it can be used briefly like a mitten to grip warm items.
(Primarily designed as a trivet.)
Color variations or slight misalignments are natural features of hand-dyed textiles.
For washing, we recommend gentle hand-washing and drying in the shade.

To reduce waste, multiple items will be wrapped together.
